Development and Management (ADM) Services
A key service HISNA offers to its clients is Application Development
and Management Services. Many companies elect to outsource the
management and development of applications to capable professional
services organizations in order to retain management and financial
focus on their core business processes. HISNA brings many years
of Automotive Industry and Information Technology experience to
its clients and is able to efficiently deliver these services.
Providing ADM Services to our clients requires that we maintain a
strong team of client oriented professionals with relevant experience.
The primary goal of our ADM Services practice is to support the strategic
and tactical business objectives of our clients. We accomplish this
by providing process consulting, recommending technology enabled solutions,
applying robust project management methodology, developing new applications
and maintaining existing systems in a cost effective manner.
A successful ADM Services arrangement requires that agreement around
service levels is established. HISNA works closely with our clients
to define requests for application development. Often, HISNA is able
to provide subject matter expertise both from a business process and
information technology perspective as solutions to business problems
are discussed. A structured process to submit, evaluate, prioritize
and execute requests is put in place so that expectations can be managed
appropriately and service levels can be consistently measured. In
fact, HISNA provides each client a proprietary tool that tracks requests
from submission to completion and monitors client’s evaluations
of each request. HISNA strives for continuous improvement by actively
monitoring our performance and implementing any needed changes.
Currently HISNA provides ADM Services to two major automotive OEMs,
one captive finance organization, a vehicle logistics organization
and other smaller automotive-related companies. Many of our team members
have over twenty years of application development and systems consulting
experience in the automotive industry. Our managers are encouraged
to develop strong client relationships and follow project management
best practices. Our success depends on our ability to understand our
clients' needs and partnering with them to define and develop cost
effective solutions to their business opportunities.
