  • This position is responsible for formulating business process scope and objectives as they related to systems for Personnel Development area, such as Learning Management, Career Planning, Succession Planning and Talent Management.  Responsible for working with SAP Functional, ABAP programmers and various technology and business specialists to provide solutions which are consistent with the technology strategic direction and computing platform standards


  • Perform highly complex and demanding tasks dealing with the analysis, design, development, implementation of solutions and user training serving Personnel Development functional units providing necessary coordination, facilitating interactive analysis and design sessions with representatives of business line an defining scope and requirements of new developments.  Maintain detailed documentations ad project files with respect to progress, issues, needed changes etc., and provide regular reports as requested.   Perform project management/administration tasks, such as preparing project planning, organizing project team, preparing & submitting Executive Summary, Procurement process, contractor's timesheet, a invoice validating and so on.(40%)
  • Provide day-to-day user support as well as improved user productivity through developing and implementing new business process and system solutions carrying out detailed system design and write specs for development. Capability to perform configuration changes and/or prepare design specifications for programs. (20%)
  • Perform the research of trends of HR practices and systems which meets CBU's requirements and needs and provide the suggestions of practices and systems.  (20%)
  • Function as a team member and individually in performing a full range of assignments from simple to complex; communication and reporting in HISNA;  meeting established SLA, documenting proper materials, reporting project and maintenance status, escalating critical system impacts/issues to management(20%)
  • Position is responsible for making independent decisions regarding researching, producing reports, enhancing new functionalities
  • Position responsible for ensuring that the system processes and functionalities of Personnel Development area meet customer's goals and objectives

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum7 years of HR technology experiences with at least 5years hands-on skill in  Personnel Development areas, such as Talent Management, Learning Management,  Career Planning and Succession Planning
  • Experiences in Personnel Development area system implementations of ERP systems, SAP or PeopleSoft
  • Detailed understanding of Personnel Development components and processes
  • Experiences with External Vendor systems, such as Kenexa, Taleo, SuccessFactors, and so on.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR Personnel Development components 
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skill
  • Demonstrated project management skill
  • Knowledge of systems and/or business analysis design concepts.  Full system life cycle experience including development lifecycle methodologies
  • Ability to facilitate interactive design and functional specifications
  • Good at using Excel, PPT, Project
  • SAP HR certified (Preferred)
  • PeopleSoft Certified (Preferred)
  • MIS in HR (Preferred)
